FranchiseHelp bills on a post-pay system, which means that each month you'll get a bill for the leads you receive in the previous month. For instance on June 1, you'll be charged for all the leads you received in May. You'll also receive an invoice from us via email detailing the number of leads delivered and your price for that month.
If you have any questions about your bill, please contact support@franchisehelp.com.
Please note that if you cancel your program with us, you will receive a final bill after your program has ended. This does not mean you are still active, it is simply the last bill for the leads you received prior to your account being turned off.
