First touch to lead time is instrumental in selling franchises. It's essential that you contact every one of your leads quickly and often, to increase your conversion from lead to deal. An auto text and email should go out as soon as the lead comes in, including nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, etc. Franfunnel can help with that!
While texts and emails can be automated and truly immediate, calling should also be as immediate as possible. Usually that means within 1 hour (or less, if your salesperson is at their desk and not on another call) during business hours. After the first attempt, you should follow up 3-5 times over the next couple of weeks, varying the time of day and day of the week of the call attempt (in case you're catching them at a bad time).
