Here's FranchiseHelps' lead replacement policy.
We accept lead replacement requests for non working phone, email, underage (<18yrs old), or insufficient funds (having less than the liquid capital requirement).
In order to do so, we request that leads are returned within 5-7 business days of receipt.
There are two ways to do so:
1. Please simply send a replacement request email to email@example.com. The email should include the lead email address and brief explanation for the request (something as simple as "no money" works).
2. Submit your request via the Client Dashboard, on the My Leads Tab, as shown here:
